Feeding day today!!
I gave her (yes...pretty sure King is a she...oh well) a small adult mouse, f/k(she doesn't like frozen, I tried last night), and she wolfed it down and immediately started loking around, aparrently for more, so I gave her a second and she took it quickly. I wasn't gonna push my luck with a third. She is already starting to fill out from my 4 day feeding schedule.
Here's a few pics--The first one is the second mouse, and the 2 swallowing are the first mouse...

When I first brought her home, I gave her a large pinky, 3 days after a pet store feeding of a large fuzzy. 4 days later, she took a fuzzy and a weanling(or 2 weanlings...I don't recall off the top of my head), and this morning(4 days later) she took 2 small adults. I think I will put her on 1 med-large adult mouse every 5-6 days from here on out. She is starting to get back some bulk, and as you can see from the first picture, she doesn't look agonizingly thin like she did when I first got her. I just wanted to "kick-start" her metabolism after months of neglect. But she is eating fine(only takes f/k or stunned though...oh well.), gaining weight, and looking better almost daily. I think she is going to go blue any day now, though. She has a distinct blue "shine" on the top of her head...stangs13 said:
