I bought a coyote skull from this place for my sister. It was good quality. Just in case you find yourself in need of an already cleaned skull or other bits.
When I was a child I had a dead bird graveyard. I'd find roadkill, bury it, and dig it up later. As a teen, in addition to collecting owl pellets and retrieving the skeletons, I had a foot collection. I taxidermied a raccoon, horribly, and kept it for many years. I still have a few old bones laying around.
I am starting to suspect this is either a complicated joke or several female members I thought I knew are actually dudes. Pretty sure 2 or 3 of you were just in a knitters thread.
Why? Cuz girls can't like guns and dead animals? Well....I'm a girl....not young, shot competitively for many years, train dogs, trim hooves for a living, used to x-ray idiots that did silly things that made them trash their bodies, worked in the OR for a few years (so yes, I love blood and guts) and own and breed a lot of snakes...including a bunch oh them, er....dangerous personous ones! And yes, I've knitted, crocheted and embroidered...even sewed my own clothes...I think I own a dress or two as well...for weddings and funerals and occasionally worn for job interviews....
LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was just looking through their baculum selection and they have "Badger. Jumbo, XL, XXL, XXXXL" aaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaha :roflmao::roflmao: I was unaware that there were so many choices XDDDDD
That's bizarre, and too bad. I remember "Jackalopes" which were rabbits with antelope horns, as well as huge bullfrogs playing musical instruments when I was a kid.
I think stuff like this is neat, but I won't buy stuff like that where the animals were killed for it. There was a guy local to me recently selling preserved rattlesnakes in jars. I wanted one, but all he'd tell me about their demise was that "They suffered a horrible accident." I passed.
