I joined the mbk club yesterday! hehe :) I got him from Russell in south dakota.... he stopped in here on his way to Tinley :) Sooooo many snakes to choose from.. and he had quite a few little kings too. My son fell head over heels for one of them in less than 5 seconds! hehe so, I am the proud new owner of a small mbk... about 16 inches long and hasnt musked yet either :) A very calm nice baby and I am super happy to have him in my collection :) Thanks again Russell :)
 
Thanks Calivik :) I had been thinking about it awhile because of seeing pics here but never really thought I would own one! lol :) My son is in such love with this baby, its amazing. He likes all the snakes.... well, all the animals but this one for some reason really struck a cord with him.... was instant love. It was really amazing to see :) Since the baby didnt bite or musk... didnt really even act scared... just kinda hung out in my sons hands.. there was no way I could say no :) My son has aspergers syndrome so it isnt too often he will sit calmly for any amount of time but he did with this baby... for about 10 minutes straight.. and my mom wanted to hold it too and he was telling her all about how to hold it and everything LOL I dont think I could have gotten a better deal if I tried... beautiful calm baby and a decent price... even delivered to my home! hehe cant beat that :)
 
Congrats on joining the club! You're membership card is very lovely and that's cool that your son loves him as much as he does. My youngest is the same way with her snakes. (she has 2) My oldest just keeps trying to steal all mine... lol

He's gorgeous Cat_Eyed_Lady, and his temperament sounds just fab. I bet he will be perfect for your son.

I got my MBK as a sub-adult, but I will get a baby one day - tiny little jet black snakes are just amazing looking.
 
Mine's bigger. Or so I'm told.

You know what they say about guy's that brag about the size of there snake. The guys who brag the most got the smallest ones :grin01:
 
Not bragging, not overcompensating....both Cat_Eyed_Lady AND Russell told me that mine's bigger.

Strange thing is, I've yet to see it, myself.

(Time for that diet, maybe?)
