What do you collect?

smigon

Old enough to know better
Besides ANY animals, what do you collect?

My softspot is shoes, especially Chuck Taylors in all different colors. And spiky heels.

And art. I don't mind if it is a reprint or an original, but all art forms that catch my eye (and don't cost an arm and a leg) come home with me. Both my parents are artists, Mom does amazing watercolor and pottery, Dad does stained glass and woodworking.

Lefty guitars

and a few right handed just because

Also walking canes to a lesser degree

Now I'd like to start collecting my wits and sell most of the guitars, canes, snakes HAHA

my hubbie and i collect silver coins. The nicest ones right now are from Canada, and Australia. I am parcial to any dragon coins.

Nothing- no room! I'll pick up cool skulls/teeth/fossils/shells, though.

I'd collect guns if I had money. I have a small collection of Ken Onion knives, nothing fancy.

I have a small collection of glass figurines- and I can't for the life of me remember what they are called! Clear colored glass, heavy, small, animals...

I have a collection of pigeon portraits in oil framed in barnwood, which were a fundraiser for a pigeon rescue.

Roombas and Scoobas.

Doc Martens.

Rocks, wolf stuff, dragon stuff, shiny pokemon (eheheh), toy snakes, and knives. I'd be collecting handguns too if I had the income.

Digital rips of movies. 1711 and counting. My media server rivals netflix. Beyond that, just about anything computer related.

I collect horror movie memorabilia & autographs, vintage action figures (Thundercats, Masters of the Universe, 3 3/4 GiJoe) and movies.

My favorite thing to collect right now is extra calories. Some chili-chesse-fries sure sound good right about now.

Oh, I guess I'm also kinda-sorta collecting Star Trek autographs. I have Patrick Stewart's. XD

Old books. (favorites are a set of Robert Browning, Elizabeth Barrett Browning...both about 120 years old)
Art prints. (favorites are a matched pair of limited edition Warhols, never seen until warehouse opened after his death)
Limited release/foreign/art films.
Buddhas.

Other stuff over the years. Rocks, geodes, arrowheads, animal skulls, watches,...

Books. I collect book series of my favorite authors: Patricia Briggs, Keri Arthur, Yasmine Galenorn, etc.
I love wolf stuff, (as well as German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois stuff) but I'm pretty picky about them, so I wouldn't say I collect them, because I do pass a fair number of them up, if I don't like them as much.
