What morph is this corn at a local shelter?`

Is this guy a ghost? Phantom? (I'm not good at identifying those types of morphs.)

Description:
"Casper is a juvenile Corn Snake that was brought to our rescue by an owner that no longer wanted to care for him. At the moment he is approximately 2 feet in length. We are requesting a minimum adoption fee of $30 to ensure Casper goes to a good home, and to help care for over 200 rescued exotic animals currently housed at our facility. Please make sure you have done your research on caring for this pet, before contacting us regarding an adoption. We will NOT ship any of our animals. Appointments are required to meet any of our animals. Thanks for your interest!"

Hmm, perhaps the name "Caspar" is a giveaway, huh. Der.

What exactly is a ghost, though? Anery-ish? And what distinguishes it from phantom?

Ghost is anery plus hypo, which makes it pale.

Phantom is charcoal plus hypo, for a similar but distinct look. :)

Lightning is an Amel and Thunder is a Anery Motley. I wonder if Casper has a clear belly? He looks kind of like he has some diffusion.
