• Hello!

Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....

Please be certain that the location field is correctly filled out when you register. All registrations that appear to be bogus will be rejected. Which means that if your location field does NOT match the actual location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected.

Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

What would you get?

I'd say the normal has probabl got hets and so probably does the snow. I bred my Normal female Rose to my male Silver Queen Ghost Kasper and was expecting only normals to hatch, but instead I got Amels, anery's, ghosts, hypos, normals and snow's out 19 eggs.

So what your saying is without knowing the history on both parents.

Exactly. If the genetic history is unknown then you could end up with all kinds of different morphs or you could end up with all normals. Seems most captive bred animals have some hets and amel and anery seem to be pretty common.

Thanks for all the info. My snow is captive bred, but I have 2 normals that we caught on our farm. I am trying to order a couple of books from Kathy Love. I can't figure out how to order from her web site. I E mailed her.
