I guess most of you know the site whatsthatbug,
but I figured it would be handy/fun to have something similar here.

I like taking pictures of bug, but sometimes I don't have a clue what bug it is.
So for you guys who like bugs;
post some, identify some, but don't squish them :)

Here are a few I would like to know what they are.

Some long antenna bug [?]

The first one is obviously a beetle but can't tell what kind without seeing the other side. The second one is a moth, again not enough info. The third one is a Katydid. Spelling is probably wrong on that. And the last one is definitely a spider and definitely not a tarantula.

That is a lot of answers with very little substance.
 
The elytra of the first beetle is solid orange. No dots or anything.

The moth. Could it be a Ermine Moth?
Not sure what kind, though.

I've got some really good bugs at home- I have to try to remember to post them tonight. The muskmare!!
 
The muskmare, indeed, a wierd specimen :)

[the orange beetle is no longer a mystery - you can call that one Soldier Beetle]
 
1st one is a margain leatherwinged beetle.
2nd, I am not really good with moth.
3rd, it's def a beetle, but same family with wheelbug..I am not sure what it is.
4th, where the heck is the picture?!

According to Scorpionfly, I've always want to find male Scorpionfly around here in North Carolina!!! I am really amazed by scorpions...I just love em'
I pretty much know alot of bugs, I have tons of bug pictures here on this computer, but
anyone want to see em', it will take a little while for me to post them on here.
