Where to get a rosy boa?

Keep an eye out on the for sale adds on here and a few other forums as well! I'm getting my rosy boy from an add on this site :)

I think any rosy boa locality is going to be pretty docile. I most adult rosy boas wouldn't even think about biting you, but I believe some of the babies can be a little nippy or have a heavy feeding responce!

There are differences in sizes based on lacality, so that's something to pay attention to if you're looking for a snake to stay in the smaller range (2ish feet) I think the desert rosies are better.. the coastal rosies get a little larger (3-4ish feet) but then again I might have that backwards :D

I only have one, and it's quite mellow--except at feeding time! Then it's a crazy little thing. I wouldn't want to get my fingers in the way, and that's a fact! :)

Desert and mountain rosy boas are generally smaller, coastals are the larger locals. Most are quite docile but I have heard it expressed that no one has had any issues with Mexican Rosys. I'm sure there are a few individual exceptions there too though. I second both of the breeders already mentioned.
