White corn snake scale problems, need help please

So I have a white male corn snake and he has been doing fine with feeding and using the bathroom. But his scales look like they aren't full in the middle and some spots have these little scab looking things. I let him bathe the other day to see if I could soften the scab things and one kinda came off. They are only the size of the scale it's on top of. But he's still active and strong and doesn't have anything comeing out of his nose or mouth. I also love in Utah so it's dry a lot so I thought maybe it's the dryness since I wasn't misting my habitat or anything but someone said to try it so I did. But I haven't seen any improvements. Also I thought misting a habitat for a corn snake gave them scale rot? Anything I should try?

Posting a picture of the problem area and maybe a full body shot as well would be good. There are a lot of awesome people on this forum who give great advice, but without a picture it is hard to help.

Hi Seth ...
Nothing wrong with misting the viv ... especially if it's a dry area. I just got a 'humid hide' with damp moss for my corn and ever since that's where he likes to hang out! Not sure though what's happening with your suspicious sneaky snake scale situation! Could you send a couple pics?
