why my snake won't eat?

Hello,

I've had my corn snake for several years now. I feed it one mouse every week. I tried to feed it this past Saturday and it was not interested in the mouse. The mouse would be right in front of it and the snake would turn away. I tried to feed it a different mouse last night and again tonight. Again the snake is not eating. It bit the mouse a couple time tonight but did not kill and eat it. On Saturday, it also bit my hand twice. It's done that only twice in the past when it was hungry and I put my hand in the cage when there was a mouse in there too. Anyone know why my snake won't eat?
 
whens the last time it shed? Could be going through an annoying shed and wants to be left alone. Might wanna try increasing the humidity in the tank for a little while and see if the snake sheds soon. Besides that, snakes occasionally refuse food for no particular reason. It the snake is a few years old, then going for a few weeks without food isnt a problem at all.
