My guess is a ratsnake of some kind...What do you think? Some guy is trying to sell him as a bubblegum cornsnake, but that can't be possible...?!

Looks like some kind of corn, possibly a creamsicle. Is that yellow hue really there, or is it lighting/camera influence?
 
Rat snake. The pic looks very yellow, but it could be an albino black rat. Are those what are called Bubblegum ratsnakes?

That's it :) We came up with that answer here to. An Elaphe obsoleta ssp. "bubblegum". The guy who was selling the snake had bought it as a bubblegum. The missunderstanding was that he thought it was a bubblegum corn, but it obviosly is a bubblegum rat :)
