baby corn snake regurgitate

Hello.
My two baby corn snakes regurged pinkie. Both of these are in seperate underbed plastic box and ate well and never regurged before. I don`t know why they regured. The warm side temp. is as low as 83F and as high as 88F.(I`m using Zilla thermostat.) Well..maybe, because of the humidity?? It`s almost 70% but I think humidity doesn`t matter to digest. I`m planning to feed these guys after seven days later. Is it o.k.? I`m so cencerned about if they might have anorexia.. :crying:

Have they been feeding all right for you before? Could the meal have been too large? Are they going blue? How long did you let them digest before handling?

I`ve never touched them but I always put out their box from my snake rack system and after I feed them I`ve put back the box..maybe this caused stress? I don`t know they had blue recently. I`ve fed them small pinkie as I did always.

That shouldn't stress them. It's very odd that two regurged at the same time. Are you positive they didn't get cold or hot?

I'd recommend getting Nutribac from Kathy Love http://www.cornutopia.com It is probiotics for reptiles that will replace the good flora in their guts. I'd also start with small meals next time- pink heads, them half pinks, etc.

Were there other babies that didn't regurge, that ate mice out of the same batch?

Thanks. :D However, is too high humidity any harmful to corn snakes? I didn`t know but the humidity is 80+% around water bowl.

I don't think high humidity could cause a regurge. You can increase air circulation in the boxes by melting holes with a soldering gun.

Thanks so much Nanci. :D
I`ve just ordered Nutribac. How do you use it for your sankes? use it everyday?
