Breeding books?

I plan to breed next year with any luck. Can anyone tell me which book I should get, that's reputable and well informed specifically about breeding.

There are no books specifically about breeding Corns.

However, Kathy and Bill Love's book "Corn Snakes: The Comprehensive Owner's Guide" has an excellent section on breeding and contains most of what you need to know about keeping Corns in general.

You should get the "Holy Trinity". Don Sodberg (sorry if I spelled that wrong) made a book, his business is "south Mountian Reptiles". Then there is Kathy Love's book, and Charles Pritzel's book "Cornsnake Morph Guide" which comes out with a new edition every year.

I agree with bitsy. If you follow Kathy's guidelines your first time out, you'll find it really difficult to go wrong. Read it through closely, then read it again, then read it once more for good measure. Take notes, write out a schedule, get your ducks in a row before you take action. It will work and you can make changes/adjustments to your routine after you gain the initial experience. It worked for me!
