if i need to i can post a PIC later..
i cant seem to get rid of the deflation in every egg.. i have 26 total, its my first clutch :/
most look great, although i haave a few brown spots..
a couple of them have turned a brownish color though..
help?

also, i didnt plan this clutch.. and i cant really find any reliable step by step egg care sheets.. im nervous that its either too late or that i will lose them all.. also, i have them on perlite.. cant find vermiculate anywhere but online.. some of them are swelling and looking good, the others.. not so much.. should i remove them? when do i know they are beyond saving? help please!

How did you not plan a clutch?
Do you have them in an incubator??? Did you giggle them or turn them when putting them in with vermiculite?

ive had the pair for 3 years and they never had one till now. yes they are in an incubator.. 82 degrees.. whats the humidity supposed to be? i cant find that number anywhere on the internet. i was very gentle and did everything i could not to turn them. if they turn at all are they terminal?...

Definitely need some pics :) Turning the eggs can tear the sack the developing corn snake is in from the wall of the egg. If this happens often it will not survive.

How Soon after being laid..should the eggs not be turned??? Or how long does it take for the Veins & sack to "set-up" after being laid???

I always thought don't turn eggs at all, if they are laid in a clump leave them that way. I know some people put a mark on egg to make sure they don't turn them in moving them.

My thoughts as well.....was just asking to get another persons perspective.
thanks for the response.

I have had mom grab the eggs with her tail and completely flip the eggs over and had perfect babies hatch out. From what I understand they can be rotated for the first few hours after she lays them.
