Earth Week 2013

Buzzard

two corny
Almost every year we get a chance to help the Troy University Enviromental club with the earth week events. This past Monday we took 3 snakes to the University and got to talk and teach young adults all about how important they are to the world around us. Here are a few pics from that event posted to Troy University facebook page :)

The 3 snakes we took were a native Alabama (Serious... yes that is her name) a more classic Carolina (Mudbug) and the kingsnake (Slobberpuss)

Very cool - as a teacher myself, I really appreciate the effort to educate others about the importance of snakes and other reptiles.
