She sure looks it. Have you tried taking a really soft this cloth like a pillow case and putting it over your hand and letting her slither through? If you put slight pressure on her belly while she goes through you will be able to feel the bump bump bump.
 
Not exactly, but I do like to rub their bellies while they are crawling and i think i have felt that.
