hey i dont know how to put up pictures

There is a button in the toolbar that looks like a mountain landscape. Click it and it will open a dialog box where you can paste a url. Then hit ok and post. :D

Or you can go advanced and look for a manage attachments button and add actual picture files by uploading them. If you do it this way you may have to resize them though. :)
