Kayla's Progression Thread.

Weighed in at 251g and has had another growth spurt. He (pretty sure now that it's a he, the tail taper is sooooo long) likes to rattle his tail at me, and he doesn't strike at the feeder anymore.
Taparalk won't let me post images, I don't know what the problem is.

In 16 month over 200 g ??? wow thats realy much !

I don't know exact age as he was a pet store buy, and they were keeping him super tiny by feeding 1 pinky every 14 days. (I would like to strangle them for that) They had had him about 6weeks when I got him. So I don't know exact age.
I have had him on the munson plan since shortly after I got him, and it took him a while to start growing at the beginning.
He is nicely proportioned though, nice and long, and not fat at all. He's pretty strong too :)

It's funny, my eldest, 9 mos now, has started rattling at me!
I went to take him out to feed him yesterday, and I was like "What is that sound?" Then I saw his tail shaking- I was like "Oh hell no, I ain't scared of you, ya little worm" and he got snatched up and cuddled, much to his displeasure lol I love the eyes on your snake, he is beautiful!

What a Georgia's snake! My corn has similar yellow and brown markings. He got much brighter with time. Maize also rattles his tail at me when he is caught off guard. Also when he can see me in blue stage.

And I have always been curious as to what this little red spot is about. He has had it since I got him, but I couldn't get a picture of it because he was too small...

I love how dark he is! My opal has one tiny red spot like that too. I call it his birthmark. I guess it would more correctly be called a paradox spot???

I know it's so weird. It isn't even a full scale either! Just a weird part of one.
I imagine it would be more noticeable on an opal?

Oh my gosh, that's one beautiful corn snake. I love the freckle. It's like a little itty red gene snuck in and stuck to that one spot! His yellow is absolutely golden. You have a stunner there!

Thank you!
That's kind of what I figured about the spot.
He is definitely a beaut!
