that does't look like a hatchling, its way to long. Looks like a '10 that is really thin to me.
It's pretty normal for lavender males to develop that much orange with that age.
 
I'd say Hypo Motley or Lavender Motley. It will be easier to tell after a few sheds.

Looks like a motley.... maybe a hypo motley. Albeit a pretty one.

Except those colors are exactly like many male lavenders. Here's a hypo lavender for comparison at probably close to the same age as the one pictured. Colors are virtually the same with the bright oranges and purple.
