Did you see Dave's thread about the Leo that was hidden away in a box since August, though? I know, not 30 years. But she's perfectly fine!

And I didn't know the story was that old. I still don't really know if I believe it, though. Hmmm.
 
A local friend of mine had a snake escapee that got outside & was found 8 months later, & he had survived a winter in the PNW.
 
I think it's a great story but unsure it lived on termites for so long. One of my tortoises went missing for two weeks once I was devastated but happy when the little guy turned up again.
