Worried About Achilles

Should I be worried about Achilles? This morning I put him in Arty's old viv and he immediately slithered under the water bowel which has a gap underneath it. As far as I know he was there all day and when I picked him up he was really cold. When I put him back he went straight back under the water bowel. He's probably been there for about eight hours or so. It may be that the hide at the warm end is a little to large for his liking so he doesn't feel very secure. I'll put a couple of pieces of tissue paper in and see if he moves. What do you think?

False Alarm

I found Achilles in his warm hide this morning. He's since gone back to the cool side but at least I know he's alright.

yeah

Sometimes even when the "cold" side drops a little bit lower than normal, my snakes don't care and they end up sitting right in the coldest part of the tank.
