arg my files are too big..any know how i can reduce the pic's size??

P.S., sorry about the bad pic...i had to take one to use on my snake measuring program...

its hard to tell from that angle, but the brownish blotches ARENT striped horizontally on the snake...theyre saddles

the snake has orange developing between all of her saddles, black and white checkered belly thats starting to turn orange a bit
 
the saddles are also almost all perfect circle/oval shape....and about 2 of them barely connect with another saddle

Do you have access to Adobe Photoshop? if you do, I'll tell you, If not, I don't know, you can post it on a different place and link to it from here, like tripod or your ISP may let you store 10 meg or something for mail.
