** Sorry, but you CANNOT FORCE someone to be a member of something. Especially if they don't feel it will be worthwhile and they are being harassed. Would you tell a woman abused by her husband that she is "thin skinned?" Verbal abuse is much more common than physical abuse. Camby OBVIOUSLY posted comments ONLY to make ME have a bad day and I don't even know Camby. If there are people on this forum, like Camby, who resort to verbal abuse without ANY provocation whatsoever, then, stating for the 5th time now, I DO NOT want to be a member. You can't force someone into a harassing environment. Well you can, be that's even less humane than the original comments posted by Camby. That is saying that you WANT me to stay logged into this site for people to abuse without warning and without reason. Not a good environment for me. I can't possibly express this enough. Delete the account. It is absurd and wreckless to put someone in a position where they will be verbally abused. I do not let being "wronged" just go away. Too many people are mean to others for no reason and they won't learn. You have to DEAL with them. The BEST way is to ignore them and not involve yourself. It is peaceful and accomplishes results on both sides. The 1 side isn't ridiculed and the 2nd side has no more ammo (ie. a person to ridicule). But since this method won't work - even though there are no rules about how accounts can't be deleted - due to admins not wanting to realize the negativity and uselessness of their own forums - then I have to take care of it myself. The only way I can think of is to GET myself banned. I easily have access to at least 50 IP addresses, so I could be a nuisance for a VERY VERY long time. I wanted my account deleted the 2 times I nicely asked. It wasn't. This is so simple yet going so far due to disrespect of others. LOL, maybe I can "report" myself and speed this up.

This is taking a long time to get removed. At least I didn't put in ANY of my real info.

Mostly because I never do on anything online. Guess I made the right choice with this.

Plus, it's a good FU for this pointless and discriminating forum.

Maybe I could get my account deleted faster by also being intolerant and spewing worthless curses at everyone and everything. I tried to get it deleted nicely 2 times last week.

Maybe that is how this forum works, only asses are on here so if you want anything done, you have to stoop to their level.

Which brings me back to the point, I don't want to be associated, but now it seems I'm being forced to.

Should I assimilate and also become a hostile, intolerant, discriminating ass?

Is that what this forum wants?

If so, don't delete my account and see how quickly I adapt.

The reasons are clear:
This is not the forum for me. I don't want to associate with forums that exlude the diverse backgrounds of others. Mostly because, what is the point of a forum if only a few voices can be heard?

If the account is not deleted by tomorrow morning, I WILL assimilate and in the manner that I was shown to by users of this "forum" if you still think its appropriate to call it that.

Please DELETE my account. I check everyday and everday it still shows that I have one. I prefer forums in which everyone is at the very least "tolerant." I do not wish to participate in hostile forums. For forums to be worthwhile to me diversity and inclusion are a must and I do not feel this one meets the requirement. I refrained from registering to take the time to read through several threads and felt that this was a "safe" place until the day after registering. It is not worth my time to visit a site where someone is rude for absolutely no reason. It creates an environment where others hold back their knowledge for fear of backlash, thus, de-valuing the entire forum. I did find some use earlier this year when learning to care for corn snakes. I am no longer going to send e-mail requests to delete my account, two is probably enough (as people are likely busy). Hopefully, eventually, it will be deleted as it will be wasted space that nobody is using.
