    Can't find shed

My baby went blue the other day, I left for a day and a half and now she has clear eyes and bright colors yet I can't find a shed at all. So that being said my question is, can a snake go into shed and then decide not to? I would think that would be impossible but I spent an hour sifting thru...

    Underweight feeding

How often should an underweight snake be fed? She ate a small rat on the 18th. She is 3 years old and now weighs 1090 grams compared to the 1140 grams she weighed a month ago (which she was also underweight then). I think 7-8 days is a good enough time between meals but was looking for other...

    Feeding 2 pinkies

My baby corn is about 10-11 grams and after she downs one pinkie she is looking for another. Today she was trying to eat the paper towel where the mouse was. My question is does anyone think it would be bad to bump her up to two pinkies even tho she isn't at the weight according to the Munson plan?

    Drinking after eating

I read somewhere about it being bad for your snake to drink water after feeding. Any validity to what I read, my carpet python that regurgitated 9 days ago was fed today. She went into her hide and then come out and started drinking water, I just don't want her to regurg again.

    Ideas for stubborn feeders

I was watching a video on YouTube from snakebytes/BHB and they said about rubbing pinkies on a sardine or tuna. I guess corns like the smell although they don't eat fish. They also said about rubbing the pinkie in lizard gut. Just wondering if anyone had used these, I may use the tuna one today...

    Feeling pretty horrible

I have my baby corn that isn't eating, and the carpet python I got about a week and a half ago just regurgitated her two day old meal of a medium rat. I've never had a snake regurg. Feeling pretty I don't even know right now.

    How they got named

My corn snake got her name of Kano from my three year old when she went into her hide, it looked like a volcano and he said Kano and bam she had a name. Stitches got her name also from kids, she looks like she has stitches on her mouth.
