    black dots on shed...?

    Recently one of my amels shed. When I was examining/measuring the shed I noticed two little black dots where the cloaca would be. Does this indicate sex or anything? Is this a shed from the hemipenis? Has anyone seen this before? I will provide a picture if necessary or possible. (very small)

    how high

    I use large sterilite containers for my <1year snakes. They are pretty wide and long but not very tall (38qt). Is this acceptable? I know corns are semi-arboreal snakes. Does it matter if they cannot climb very much?
