    Snake in my laundry room!!!

Haha I was out of the house and my wife said the kids found a snake in our laundry room. Looks to be an Oklahoma Lined snake. Basically a little burrowing earthworm eating colubrid. Kinda cute. But not sure if the best pet. I had my wife put him in my hatchling rack for tonight but I'll let him...

I think I got a Bloodred at Petco

al corns do have checkering at all ages. If you have a clear white belly then there are two morphs that could effect that which you pant see in a big box store. That is Motley and diffused or blood red. I was surprised that I picked up a pretty nice blood red at a pets mart not to long ago:

    Can you ID my snake?

Yes I agree with the rest of this being a classic snake. May have been sent to the store as het blood red and they did not know what het was. Here is a big box corn I recently got who is a blood red for comparison.

Petsmart find ?!?! Great quality blood red ?!?!

So I found little Mina here; short for Wilamina Harker, about a couple of weeks ago. Have had a shed and a few meals in. I have never seen diffusion this good on a blood here in a store. There are even some scales that have some pure white. May have some pied lineage. What do you all think?

    Sad story on last egg.

Sorry if this story is sad but I believe recording all experiences for the sake of knowledge. I had a clutch of eggs by a virgin female and experienced male late last year. 6 of the good eggs all hatched around the 90 day mark and all looked great. There were two eggs left in the incubator with...

    New baby snakes hatched today!

I have not been updating this clutch mutch since early November when laid but the day has come. Just in passing I peered into the incubator and I saw two noses looking up at me through the clear sterilite lid. I moved the paper towel I had in there and I have one more out of the egg and another...

My long term goal was to produce Coral moonstones crossed over from some really nice SMR coral snow stock. Now I have a twist. I just recieved an Anery that is an outcross from Champagne snows. I now still want the Coral Moonstone but want to do a comparison set of clutches from this male into...

How long until your female lays eggs?

Just a currious question for everyone out there. I have a female that I introduced to a male and had some confirmed copulation on 09/23. She is already burrowing into her aspen and rufused a meal tonight while looking very puffy. This is less than a month after copulation & I think it is pretty...

I have been finding tons of these little guys running around my property this year. I really dont ever remember seeing snakes like this before.
