Theres this one egg that hasn't hatched out of 21. The first pippie was about 3 weeks ago and the other 20 hatched over a course of a couple weeks. I can see this last snake through the window of the egg but it doesn't seem to be moving. How do I slit open the egg to have a better look?

Ok well as some of you will already know, I think vivarium decorating is greeeeat fun and I put time & effort into it. So I've just changed the set-up slightly in my 4 foot wooden vivarium - new heating system & thermostat etc. Thought I'd share pics!

In preparation for the 08 hatchlings... Are all plastic tubs safe to use heat mats under? Or the ones that say microwavable? Rather than a rack I'm going to have a 6" x 48" mat and have all the hatchling tubs beside each other on it... So not sure if the plastic would get affected by the heat?
