    ISO Fire Corn!

Hi CS.com! I am looking for a Fire corn and was wondering if anyone has produced any or can point me in the direction of where I can find some 2011's because I want to raise it from a baby size. I'm not sure what morph I want, it depends on cost, so if you can give me heads up on what...

Updated growth pics of my Ball Pythons...

I've got some pretty good update shots of my ball pythons now that there is quite a bit of growth on them. :D I've only been a snake owner since August 08, and I'm super happy with these guys. Even though I still don't own a cornsnake, it was this website that taught me most of my knowledge...

Ron Paul should've been our next President...

I selected these clips to show people what a true candidate for the presidential office should sound like. Consistent on his standpoints, loads of integrity, true passion in his voice for the American people, not just savvy word choice and applause triggers to strategically win an election. He...

Solaris has her first meal at home

I got Solaris, an '08' 0.1 MBK at the NARBC show. That was about a week ago and she has been hunting for the past three nights, so I decided I would try feeding her a f/t pink. She didn't seem interested at first, probably because this was my first time taking her out of her enclosure since...

    My NARBC pick-ups!

I had a blast at the anaheim show, so many cool herps to see, and joking around with my friend, it was good times! I didn't find a fire stripe corn, and I did find a blizzard, but I decided to wait till next year and hopefully I can get both at the same time :) The good news is that I found...

    NARBC - Anaheim!

Went to the show yesterday, it was my first reptile show... I was overwhelmed by the amount and variety of animals available! Here are some shots I took; sadly I didn't find the fire stripe I was looking for. :( But I did pick up most of what was on my list, I'll post a separate thread for...

How do I secure a rubbermaid tote for snakes?

Wow those lids are flimsy! haha I was at wally world today checking out the totes and I realized that my idea for securing the lids (metal clamps made for binding paper) wouldn't work, they slip right off. How do you do it? I was recommended 32 quart containers, but I'm going with 90quart...

    Sol is gone...

No he's not dead haha I feel bad, but I returned him to petsmart last sunday because I wanted to get a ball python instead, but also because I have a better idea of what type of corn snakes I want. I want an orange snake, bright orange/yellow/red, and some amels tend to have white in them and...

    Dimming switch for heating pad?

I've read some guides and FAQ's that recommend using a dimmer switch to control the heat output of a UTH. Are they talking about the kind for your wall? As in having to turn the room light on manually, and install a dimmer switch to control the UTH, perhaps a power strip to control more than...

    Sol Eats!

Sol is very skinny, and I know it was soon, but I was worried about how thin he looks, so I decided to try and feed him. I placed the defrosted pink in a critter keeper, held the critter keeper in front of him in his viv and he immediately started flicking his tongue like crazy and climbed into...

Added new decor to my viv! Named my snake!

My viv was looking extremely plain, and it was obvious I needed more hides, so I picked up a few things to make the viv more baby corn friendly. I'm really pleased with how it came out :) I also finally decided on a name for him, his name is Sol (portugese for Sun). I named him Sol since he's...

Finally got my first baby corn :)

I checked out a local petco to see the snakes, I've I never planned to buy a corn from them, but when I looked at their corn snakes I felt bad. They had a bunch of babies all couped up in a 10g with no hides so they were crowding underneath their water dish. I asked if I could hold them and...

    Got my viv setup! :)

Hi herp peeps, I finally setup my viv! It's very plain and basic right now but I plan to add more decor later. Also got some good news. When I got home from LACMA today I checked the high temp for the day (measured inside the viv) and with no fan, it peaked at 87, not bad all :)
