    i need help its urgent

    is it possible 4 a snake i bite the thermostat? cus i got home from school today and i checked the thermometer and it sed it was 18 degrees on both ends so i checked the theremostat and its set to 28 degres, ive swapped the bulb over and its still the same what should i do?
