ok i have a corn snake currently in a smallish really useful box. and hes gettin too big for it now. but the last time i put him in the viv i have for him he excaped. i dont know how. there are only really small gaps. but i was going to seal them but i dont know what i can use that will be safe...
is too much humidity a bad thing? just wondering cos i keep cypher in a plastic tub at the moment because hes still small and he can get out of the viv. but the humidity rose to 70 earlier. is this bad? please help.
ok well cypher got fed on tuesday. and again on friday. on friday when he was going to be fed he had crapped on the bottom which is nothing new but after he was fed by the next morn he had done it 2 more times then one more time in the day and now its monday again and his viv was clear on sun...
my cypher had his first shed with me on monday. it was perfect all in one peice eyes n tail tip aswell. his colours look like theyve changed a bit. its cool how they change a bit at a time. and the greedy sod had 2 pinkies earlier today. lol. (he hadnt eaten for a week)

im sorry if this is in the wrong forum i wasnt sure where to put it. but how can i sex my snake i dont know if its male or female. ive read that u can tell form the shape/length of the tale. so if i posted a pic would someone on here be able to tell me? thanks.
ive been looking for a light to put in my viv that i could posibly leave on all the time. and also with this i wont have to buy a guard so the snake cant get to it because LED's dont heat up. what do you all think?

i know this is kind of a double post but what lights do any of you recommend. i have a heat mat in the viv. but i want a light to be able to see my snake any ideas what sort of light i can get? and possibly a link to somewhere i could buy one. thankyou.
