    Striking/Hiding

My little year and half old corn snake has gone from a sweetheart that would never strike or stress at me, to hiding, and striking repeatedly at me when I try to remove her from the cage. Is it possible she's trying to brumate even though I haven't set her up for it? I know this can happen with...

Snake Racks that Show off the Snakes?

I'm thinking of getting some more corn snakes and then getting a ball python to put in my main enclosure. But what I'm wondering is if it would be possible to build a rack with some kind of see through bins so that i can "pretty-fy" my rack and have a few different corns looking all cute.

    Backing for DIY Vivs

I've seen a lot of people using peg board for backing on their vivs as backing and air holes. This is the same idea used in the plans I have for my vivs, but I don't want to use pegboard. Does anyone have any ideas for nicer looking backing? I was thinking of using half wood/half screen?
