Besides decreasing the beauty of a specimen, are than any concerns regarding a kinked tail? Fertility, health issues, etc? Do genetics play a role or is this unknown?

I've seen plenty about female corns needing to be a solid 300g before breeding, but what about a western hognose? I thought I would have more luck posting this question in FC.com but nothing yet. Anyone know from experience? She is 26" and I will weigh her tomorrow.
