    Password Help, remembering my id

    I sometimes dont visit here for a few weeks to a month. When I don't come often, your website does not remember me. then when I ask for my password to be sent, it doesn't come. Does that take 1/2 hr? 1/2 day? I registered again because I had a question that I needed answered asap about a snake.
