Not sure where I change the pm. My corn is about year old I was chatting on the forum and someone mentioned trying 14 days, will go for nearer 10 days and try on something small, when you say head do I defrost it first then cut the head off, not looking forward to that

I suck at taking pictures, not to mention I have no idea how to post them. I did get the butter girl. She is really pretty, hopefully I'll have her up to weight so I can possibly breed her next year. I've got my fingers crossed my boy might be het motley or if I'm really lucky het stripe. You never know about the pet store snakes. I will definetely have to take some pictures, I have a lot of catching up to do. Thanks for stopping by.

BTW are you planning on breeding any of your snakes this year? I've got a pair I'm considering breeding but I still haven't decided.

Mine are all ok... My BP is being stubborn with eating so I've been waiting longer in between feedings... I'm pretty sure it's just the weather though. For the most part though, they're all ok!

Oh, Fred! I'm so so so sorry about Cherry! I know you did everything you could for her and she was lucky to be in your hands.

I'm very happy though, that Tenille is no longer TOO much of a problem feeder even if she is a little bit shy!

So how are you otherwise?

I was very happy the breeder let me know he didn't feel comfortable selling her to me. I might buy one from him at the Aneheim show next year.
I'm getting an 06' Butter het. Motley female from Marsha at Poppycorns tomorrow though. I've been looking for a girl for my favorite butter male and she had a beautiful girl that fit exactly what I wanted. It was meant to be, She was coming to San Diego the day after I talked to her so she brought my girl with her. I'm picking her up tomorrow.

I'm not getting the milk snake after all. She was to finicky of an eater and the breeder didn't want to sell her to me. Oh Well...

That pic was on the first day that the snake was brought home and was going into its temporary enclosure for the first time. We decided to see what our daughter would do. Of course she loved ever second of it.

I know... total suckage.

Lol- I know how you feel- my Ball went on one of those winter feeding strikes that balls are notorious for and I've been thinking about trying him on live and see if he takes that but last night I was feeding the corns and decided I'd thaw out a rat and see if he takes it, I left it in his viv (He's the only one that gets fed in his tank) and came back a couple of hours later to no rat!!!

I hope your babies eat again! But I'm so so happy they did for you the first time!! Keep me posted!! and Congrats Fred!
