My snake started shedding, but his skin was coming off in little pieces. Now he still has skin on the first 4 or 5 inches of his back, but the skin on his stomach came off. There is still skin on his head. How should I get the rest of that skin off? I tried soaking him, letting him slither...
I just put in a stick that I got from outside in my snake's cage, (I sterilized it first), and he won't go on it. Is there any way for me to make it more attractive to him?
My UTH does not stick well at all to the tank, so I have been using lots of duct tape to hold it on. Is this safe, and does anyone have a better idea to make it stick?
My snake has been under the substrate almost all day for the past few days. Is something wrong, or does he just like it down here? And can I dig him up to feed him?
I got a caramel corn named George last month. He's 4 months old. He is my first reptile and my first snake. He enjoys eating fuzzies, burying himself, being handled, and "doing laps" in his tank. He's only tried to escape once. (I caught him at it).
