    Woot! shirt today.

I'm sure many of you know about www.woot.com. Well, they also have a site where they sell one shirt per day, usually designed by the users. The shirt today is pretty cool, but I expect it to sell out fast. Hint: It has snakes on it. www.shirt.woot.com Thought I'd let the snake people know...

Long overdue updated pics of Lem, the normal stripe.

Well, I finally got bored enough to take some new pics of Lem tonight. I recently picked up a piece of grapewood for him at the Tinley Park show, and figured I'd put it to good use. He's a april '07 and he's up to 276g now. :eatpointe His colors haven't changed much the past few sheds, but I'm...

    Some Tinley Park pictures.

Even though the only thing I bought was this awesome piece of grape wood for Lem's viv, it was well worth the hour drive to see my first show. I might end up going to the Lake County show and adding another animal to join Lem. Lem's grape wood. (That sticker is UNDER the frame of the tank, so...

    Lem: another normal stripe

Lem shed today, so I figured it was a good time for an update. He's up to around 100g now. Deepest in blue I've ever seen him: Was hanging up some shirts, and thought it was a cool idea for a shoot...too bad none of the pictures came out all that good. :-punch: Ventral shot for...

Lem's first fuzzy + shed pictures.

Lem had his first fuzzy a while back. Think he was excited? (look at pic 1) Then, he shed tonight, so i had to take some crappy pictures. His yellows/oranges are really coming in now. :eek1: He's up to 28g, and is finally starting to put on some weight. He was kind of on a maintenance diet...

Lem decided to shed at 3:30am this morning. Took him out for his first outdoor photoshoot! Only pic in the sun that came out decent. :sobstory: Give an idea of his length now. He's up to around 17g now. And the best for last: I have high-res versions available if anyone...

Will my schedule mess up the snakes schedule?

Lately I have been staying up real late, around 2am. Will me keeping my light on until 2am mess with the snakes "schedule"? Usually as soon as I turn the lights off, I hear him come out and explore. :shrugs:

Lem thinks he's an arborial snake.

I have some fake plants hanging on the back wall of his viv that he almost never leaves. There's 6(!!) hides on the aspen, and ive never seen him spend more then 10 minutes in one. I've seen him sit on TOP of the warm hide, but that's about it. He does come down to explore and get a drink...

    Introducing myself and Lem!

Hey guys, I've posted a few times already, but figured I'd make this thread now that I finally have my snake. Just got him less then a half hour ago from Jim Keenan of www.homegrownherps.com. He's a normal motley/stripe het amel and anery, hatched April 16. I named him Lem after a character...

Newbie Question: What are the 0.1, 1.0...etc?

I'm sure it's just general genetic notation...but what exactly does it mean? Kinda hard to search for this stuff, and i sorted through all the breeding/genetic forums with no result.
