Should I worry over these damaged scales?

Hi, all. I've had my girl for just over a year now and I bought her a new hide back in December since she was getting a bit big for her old one, then about a week later I noticed she had a raised scale on her head and a few along her neck. No bleeding or anything. She had perfectly shed a little prior as well so it definitely wasn't stuck shed, nor do I feed her live.

I removed the hide and found it was slightly sharp on the inside, bought her a new, smoother one and she hasn't had anymore raised scales. I feel awful however since it's been a few months and it looks as if the raised scale on her head has almost completely come off. It doesn't seem as if it's bleeding or anything though, and Koka hasn't been acting any different.

Just want to make sure that there's nothing I should be doing, and that it'll clear up next shed.

Apologies if the pic isn't clear enough, I can take another if needed.

Yes, now it's working. It looks like the scale is pulled back. Nothing really to do about it except for wait for the next shed. I'm not sure how much it bothers them. I've had that happen to snakes occasionally and they still eat just fine and act normally, so I don't think it's too bothersome.
