UTH fell off

Was gone for a day and a half and come home to find my baby corns viv cold as could be. Warm side of 68 and cool side of 53. Look under her tank and the UTH fell off. Reapplied and trying to get temps back up
 
Is her tank sitting on an open top type of stand? if it is maybe get a piece of plexiglass or something to put down. I hope she will be alright.
