Here are some photos I took, this afternoon (outdoors/overcast), of a Dilute Classic yearling with three Non-Dilute Classic (of different variations) yearlings. I wanted the snakes to be of the same age (& more, or less, the same size), for proper comparison, so I made sure to do that.
Am hoping that these group photos will help in showing a difference between the Dilute and the Non-Dilutes.
There are some very notable differences and there are some more subtle differences.
It should be obvious which snake is the Dilute ... but, just in case, ... the Dilute is the one with the lightest, & almost "marbled"(?), ground color.
I wish I had included a comparison ventral shot, and comparison head shot, (which are different in Dilutes vs. Non-Dilutes) but didn't think about it until after I put the snakes away.
