• Hello!

Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.

Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....

Please be certain that the location field is correctly filled out when you register. All registrations that appear to be bogus will be rejected. Which means that if your location field does NOT match the actual location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected.

Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

I really should introduce myself already....

Hello! My name is Wendy Henderson, and I know that I registered for this forum a few weeks (or maybe months) ago and could never seem to find the time to post anything or really check out the forum. Due to a recent knee injury and surgery, I am suddenly finding myself with a lot more computer time. I will have to be on crutches and off work for about a month, so I'm hoping to use some of that extra time to become involved in this forum.
Anyway, I live in Central Oregon with my husband, two kids, a dog and a whole bunch of snakes. I normally work full-time as a registered nurse at the local hospital, and I also have a snake hobby business called Henderson Herpetoculture, specializing in corn snakes. I have over 60 corn snakes of my own (plus a bunch of my hatchlings for sale), six ball pythons and a pair of sunglow boa constrictors. This snake hobby is so addictive!

Hi and welcome!I'm a new buyer here and of the snake hobby but I agree is so addictive and this forum too ;)
I hope you will recover soon!

BTW I love your avater

Welcome Wendy! I hope you are on the road to recovery asap.
What branch of nursing? I'm a senior staff nurse on a medical male gastro / endocrine ward.

Thank you! I am a float nurse and work in various departments, including cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, rehab and psych. I like floating. It keeps things interesting, and there never seems to be a shortage of work opportunities.
