Judas-06 hypo blood progression

desertanimal

2003 UB313
I snapped some outdoor pics today and thought it would be fun to put together a couple of real progression threads for my snakes. This is the only adult female I have at the moment. There will be multiple posts before this one's done.

Starting in August 2006

Aug. 2008 . . . This was after she laid her first clutch for me earlier that summer.

She's not gained a gram in the last year--I got her back from Terri exactly the same as I sent her. I'll be feeding her up here to give her a little extra weight for breeding in the spring. That's all! She's up to date! Her color isn't my favorite, but she has produced some nice babies for me. So, until one of them is grown up enough to replace her, she'll be staying. She might stay after that, just because I'm fond of her.

Another very pretty Blood! Her head pattern as a baby was super cool looking against the grey. But still neat that you can see it as an adult, too! ;D

Thanks! She's got a little too much "straw" coloring in her for my taste, but last year when I bred her to Gregor they produced a stunning hypo blood hatchling. It subsequently died for no apparent reason, but she's got the makings of some great hatchlings. Besides that, she's a very nice snake. :)
