2 clutches - need help figuring it out! POST SHED PICS

So, I bred for two clutches this year and oddly think it's fairly easy to morph ID the babies but am confused/surprised by the outcome and wanted some input (o:

Clutch one:
creamsicle stripe female x hypo lav male (ph anery/amel/br). She was a virgin and they had 3 confirmed hookups 4/17, 4/19, 4/24. Laid 14 eggs 5/30, 5 good/9slugs/3 went bad, so only 2 eggs hatched today. I was expecting rootbeers (normals) het hypo opal stripe but wound up with 2 amel stripes. Last pic. What are the chances? Also by attending the birth of my nephew I missed the last week of incubation and hatching today and my husband didn't do such a great job caring for them. The babies are VERY dehydrated, and the one that's completely out seems to be somewhat malformed too. I'm not sure if they'll make it, but the female did double clutch with 2 more good eggs.

Clutch two: Even more interesting
ultramel anery female x 2 boys. bought as a proven breeder out of brumation but don't know what she was bred to previously.
4/23: confirmed hookup with yearling butter stripe male, but no "evidence" afterwards. I tried to rebreed them a few times but he was unable to figure it out again, so 5/10 I bred her to the above male (hypo lav) with a confirmed hookup. 5/24 prelay shed 6/2 laid 16 eggs, 9 good, of which 6 remain with 2 still in the egg and 4 out. I'm fairly certain the babies are an ultramel and 3 ultramel aneries, but this is confusing! Based on dates, I would have thought the butter was the dad, but what are the chances of that? Do you think these babies are from retained sperm? She also double clutched, but slugged out.

Let me know your thoughts...I was really expecting only normals from clutch 1, and either all normals or all ultramels/amels from clutch 2. I love the babies but don't know what's going on!!

Sorry for the poor pics...I just wanted to put something with the thread. also, these are prelay.

This means that you proved the male to be het Amel Stripe... So now he's Hypo Lavender het Amel Stripe p/het Anery Bloodred

Well, 8 days or so early isn't too off, I've had a couple lay a week before or after what I estimated.
From the 1st clutch, you now know the male is het Amel, so Ultramels aren't a surprise, and maybe you just proved that your male is def. het Anery as well. OR, the Butter Stripe male did hook up and he's het Anery. I've had breedings without evidence before. That's the problem with using two males...

Thanks for the input. I guess that's what I figured too...but what are the chances the hypo lav is het amel stripe and had 2 out of 2 amel stripe babies? And same with the second clutch...if the butter stripe is the dad, what are the chances that him being het anery would land 3 of 4 homo anery babies, and ALL ultramel babies if she's ultramel? Just seems like the odds of these things happening is spectacular. Like getting an entire clutch of the 1/256 chance hatchlings.

on second thought...

Ok well on second thought now I'm wondering if these are hypos and ghosts...I'll have to look up some hatchling pics, but here are 2 post-shed pics of one of the grays. What do you think? 3 of the 4 babies have shed and all ate f/t within about 30 seconds of being offered. Awesome!
