My Little Sunshine
Hee.....Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have been busy busy. A few updates... :D

1.) I have started driving more and more.

2.) I have had some problems with my mice. Some have been dying for no apparent reason. But I have done some things to help them. I think they were getting cold. THEY ARE FINE NOW!

3.) I just got a black and white male dutch rabbit.

4.) My mother just adopted a Female Harlequin/Blue Merle Great Dane from a local shelter here. Her name is Zoe and she is getting spayed this Tuesday.

6.) All of the male dogs at my house have been getting neutered. So I have been busy taking them to vets. My Great Pyrenees is getting fixed this Thursday.

~Thanks for reading!

Woow lots of big changes ... a long with all those male pups in the house getting fixed- get your new dutchie boy done too! It makes a 100% difference in owning a rabbit.

I never had any of my male rabbits fixed... never had a problem with them... Though they were not house pets, so I can see where I have no reason talking about it...lol.
My brother had a couple of chocolate dutch bunnies, I had Californians, Mini-lops and Mini Rex rabbits... All ended up providing great show babies and great freezer babies for family BBQ's.

Rabbits do make some great pets though. I love them a lot, just watch out for the projectile urine bombs....LOL

Haha you're right about the urine bombs.

Honestly, I think un-neutered male rabbits (and un-spayed females) make terrible pets! And I am a huge bunny person!! They smell, spray and are more aggressive. They are only focused on mating, chew and dig constantly. Plus, they have higher health risks such as some forms of cancer.

Aside from the costs, the benefits of fixing a rabbit are tremendous! You can change them from livestock-type animals to indoor house pets that can be trained like a cat. Mine use litterboxes are clean and friendly. With better behavior, they have way more freedom in the house and are thus happier pets as well.

Really it's worth it from all angles! ;)

My un-spayed rabbit would constantly nest- by digging holes through my carpet and stripping the paint off of my walls. Grr.

Good on you for getting the dogs fixed!

Thanks everyone. I will defiantly look into getting him fixed. I also read it makes them easier to potty train.
