A warning about Model magic

Hi everybody,
So i do a ton of DIY stuff, both pet related and not and recently i have discovered something very upsetting. Model magic can rot even after several coats of glaze and seal. of course it takes time and i noticed this in something that hasn't been living in a particularly warm and humid snake tank. i just wanted to make sure everyone knew about this. im sure with enough glaze or seal it can be perfectly safe but im a worrier. i just wanted to make sure in case anyone has something in their tank that is unsealed model magic.:wavey:

It gets sort of brittle over time. I assume whatever evaporates to make it air dry keeps evaporating. Allidraggy made a frog statue to go on top of the frog viv last year, and the poor thing keeps losing body parts.

it may just be mine then, i noticed green mold forming on a model i made of a knee. i made it roughly 2 or three years ago so it could just be age. as far as body parts falling off i found that alittle dot of nontoxic glue took care of that
