Adonis and Dijibaba

First post is Adonis, hatched in September 09. He had the darkest red while still having clean white amel. I apologize for the bad photos - I had to use my phone since the real camera is at work. I will try to get better pics this weekend :) I don't know much about his breeding, but his clutch consisted of amels and normals, both normal pattern and stripe. Someone asked me in my intro post if he was motley, and no, he's not - he's got the belly checkers. So, het stripe, and if daddy is who we think he is, then he could be het for carmel. I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember the mom's color, except that she was pretty red (she may have been amel) - it was the first time I've seen eggs being laid, so I was distracted! lol

Next is Dijibaba, or Diji. She's my little lady, in everything except eating. Then she's my Hoover. She is from and early 09 clutch, I think March or April. She has grown prodigiously in the 5 months I've had her, and keeps getting more beautiful with each shed. I've watched her peach slowly grow in, and I'm hoping it will intensify like her yellows have (although I know it's not going to be as bold). These pics (despite the phone camera) are pretty close to RL.
Her breeding (as much as I can remember!): amel, anery, hypo, het lavender, carmel, possibly het motley and/or stripe.
I'm hoping to breed her in a few years. So, we'll see!
