Yep. When you go to the expo, get the appropriately sized mice in the sizes he'll need for the next six months or so. They'll be cheaper than what you get in the pet stores, and probably better quality as well. My pet store mice are scrawny looking little things.
 
^Exactly. Since I'm assuming you'll be getting your snake from a breeder, he should be able to direct you as to the sizes he'll need. For example, if you get a hatchling, you'll need pinkies, and up. If you end up getting a yearling, you'll need the appropriate size for the SNAKE's size at that time and on up as he grows. If you get an adult, you'll need adult mice, etc. I'm sure there will be rodent sellers at the expo you attend.
