okay ive heard of all the millions of herp shows in CA...but how about the other states, particulary PA? has anyone heard of any shows in maryland or deleware or any of those eastern states? and wat R those shows.... r they like dog shows where there r breeders just sittin around with specimans for sale?
 
Lots of tables with people selling snakes and other reptiles and supples, some educational presentations at some, and lots of vendors wanting to talk. A lot of people just go to look at the different animals.

The TSHS puts on one in Coraopolis PA. Next one is in August. Check their site for details. Also, one in Monroeville every month?

Maryland has a big one. HavreDeGrace. Someone can give you more info on that.
 
There is one at the end of every month in Monroeville PA. For some reason I can't find the site right now (typical ), But If you go to the Pitts. Herp. site they have all of the dates and info.

thankx for the replies. im fairly close to the one in monroeville, so i think ill go check it out. i might even convince my parents to let me get a breeder for my male corn (it's a long shot but hey its worth a try:)
 
The really big show in Maryland is...

the Mid Atlantic Reptile Show (MARS) held in the middle of September every year. There are 200 tables there with many top breeders. It is on both Saturday and Sunday. http://www.reptileinfo.com/mars.html

It is pretty far away from western Pennsylvania. There are several shows in Ohio. I think that Pennsylvania has a lot of shows every year: Pottstown, Lancaster, Hamburg, and several on the western border.

i now know about 15 shows i can go 2....i guess ill just hav to go 2 them all;) (oh and thankx for the info)
