Im going to be buying a baby brb. From what i read I know to keep the humidity at 70. I am still wondering what they should be fed as baby's should it be fuzz rats? Also whats a good subtrate to house them in something to hold the humidity. I am also going to be keeping in him a tubbaware into im finished with his cage. What would be the minium size for a baby.

Well, I use cypress much for the substrate. Food, she is on hooper mice right now and she was born in August of 08.

Don't have answers to the other questions.

I kept mine in a 20L as a baby, and kept her on cypress. But I also had success putting some sphagnum moss on one half, with the coconut bedding under it. you'll want to keep the humidity really high when their babies, so I would atleast recommend putting a hide with moist moss inside (ziplock or other container w/ hole to get in/out). Cypress works well, it's just nice to have something else in the cage that holds moisture a little better.
