Breeders/Sellers In Phoenix, AZ?

Im planning on purchasing my first corn in the somewhat near future. Are there any good sellers here in the Valley? Phoenix/Scottsdale area preferred. Im trying to avoid buying online (want to see/hold/watch feed before purchase).

Also, my only main concern right now is since im in Phx would I need heat? My room is at 77F (74F at an all-time low during night hours, etimated) and its pretty much the hottest time of the day. Since im new to all this it just seems weird excluding a heat source since all I have been reading is "make sure you have some sort of heating source".

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I'll be selling bloodreds het hypo any day now, and lavenders het hypo and anery in about a month. I'm not really a breeder, just a hobbyist who is expecting a couple of clutches. And I'll need to move my babies out FAST, so they'll be going at a good price.

Catherine Binion (Jynx) will probably have clutches this year.
Cameron and Liam Sevier might, but I don't know if they're doing cornsnakes at all now.
And DNA herps or DNA reptiles or something like that is in Maricopa county, but I don't know exactly where.

All of the above are reputable and trustworthy.

You will definitely need a heat source in the fall/winter. The best thing to do is get your set-up set up and test the temperatures in the tank. You may as well set yourself up for the winter now.

Thanks desertanimal, its nice to have a fellow neighbor. I'll keep you in mind as well as the others stated.

As for housing, im going to go the sterlite 32qt sweater box route. Ill be sure to do a lot of research involving which UTH to get and a thermostat. Ill be sure to pick up a copy of Kathy's new book as well.

Thanks
