Hey guys i have a 23" corn. I bought him at the petshop where i buy all of my animals around here. They are really nice and help out alot. And for being a petshop i think they have a whole lot of info about every reptile basicly. But the guy there said he thought it was a male. I am no sure but i wanted to get a female at the daytona show. Do you think i should just get 2 about 1 year old ones or somthing like that instead of waiting 2 years for my male that i have now? I am getting 1 atleast but hehe il get sucked in i know it. :p

see ya

Well Im not to sure on the breeding size... but I know it usually takes around 2 years in order for your corns to breed (usually) so you should go and get some 00's then you could start breeding this year! if you get the 01's which are 1 year old you would probably have to wiat till next year...

Let me share my experience...

I had two corns and I was unsure of their sexes so when I went to the reptile show, I had to buy a male and a female to make sure I had one of both. Now I think that I may have ended up with 3.1, but I may be wrong on one of males. (possible female?)

So, if i had any sense, I would have bought all sexed females and let them grow up and then maybe adding a yearling male to my collection to do his duty??

Hope this gives you something to think about.... I'd go with the females...You'll want more later anyways.
